underhand grip pulldowns, 90x15, 120x10, 150x10
d-bell rows, 45x10, 55x10, 75x10 75 pound d-bells is as heavy as they go at the gym i worked out at yesterday
Switch to a bbl bro and add weight!
low pulley cable rows, 90x12, 120x10, 150x10, 170x10 that may be the heaviest i have gone with good form KTS bro!
rope pulldowns 7's style, 40x10, 50x10, 60x10, 70x10, 70x8, 70x8, 70x7 drop 40x10
little rear delt work
high pulley reverse grip cable flyes 30x10, 30x10, 30x10
low pulley cable lateral raises, 30x10, 40x10, 40x10
light triceps as well
cable press downs, 90x12, 120x10, 120x10
d-bell overhead extension 20x10, 25x10
today is an off day. will be doing legs most likely tomorrow or maybe shoulders
i keep gaining weight so the pullup numbers are staying the same. havent needed to add any weight yet. lol hopefully soon once i get use the added weight i will start oxing the pullups.
