back workout yesterday was as follows,

pullups, BWx10, BWx10, BWx8, BWx6 nice job bro!:evil:
underhand grip pulldowns, 90x15, 120x10, 150x10
d-bell rows, 45x10, 55x10, 75x10 75 pound d-bells is as heavy as they go at the gym i worked out at yesterday
Switch to a bbl bro and add weight!:evil:
low pulley cable rows, 90x12, 120x10, 150x10, 170x10 that may be the heaviest i have gone with good form :evil:KTS bro!
rope pulldowns 7's style, 40x10, 50x10, 60x10, 70x10, 70x8, 70x8, 70x7 drop 40x10

little rear delt work
high pulley reverse grip cable flyes 30x10, 30x10, 30x10
low pulley cable lateral raises, 30x10, 40x10, 40x10

light triceps as well
cable press downs, 90x12, 120x10, 120x10
d-bell overhead extension 20x10, 25x10

today is an off day. will be doing legs most likely tomorrow or maybe shoulders

i keep gaining weight so the pullup numbers are staying the same. havent needed to add any weight yet. lol hopefully soon once i get use the added weight i will start oxing the pullups.

ya i normally do barbell rows but i did those last week and wanted to switch it up. i will hit those next back workout. think im gonna hit legs today.
 
leg and ab workout yesterday was as follows

hetfield squats: 165x12, 215x10, 215x6, 235x5

hack squats: 90x10, 180x10, 180x6, 180x12(only went deep every 3 reps on last set)

sitting leg curls: 90x15, 120x10, 150x10, 150x10 drop 120x10 drop 90x10

ab machine: 90x20, 120x20, 150x20
crunches: 30, 30

I know man, my squats are weak. But I always go to at least parralel and go slow on the decent.

The "Back Pumps" yesterday were too much. I almost couldnt do any type of pressing movement. I wanted to do lunges but the back pumps were too much.

I just started taking my N2Guard maybe 5 days ago, probably 4 days. So hopefully when that stuff gets in my system more and kicks in I will be able to deal with the back pumps, maybe they will go away completely. Will keep you guys posted.

Doin shoulders today. will post up after workout

i got pretty bad back pumps yesterday too and iv'e been taking n2guard since i started orals, i think taurine is the best solution for back pumps. But i can tolerate them and i only have just over a week left on dbol anyways so i'm not too concerned

Taurine has helped me a lot with that type of thing too. I haven't tried N2guard yet. I'm looking at ordering some shortly. Keep us posted on your thoughts! Good job Wcjc!
 
i believe thats what there called, its with the "hetfield" bar. it weights like 75 i think and has two handles right by your traps you can just hold the handles to keep the bar on your back instead of reaching back to hold the regular barbell. doing squats with regular barbells hurts my shoulders to reach back and hold the bar so the hetfield bar is the only one i can use. i beleive i saw a branch warren video with him using that bar and he said hetfield squats so thats what i've been calling them. lol
 
ok, i know what you are talking about then...
i try to warmup my shoulders before i squat even, because they somtimes get a little achy when i go heavy...
a lot of powerlifters use bars like that in training too, i have never had the chance to try one myself... would be fun to give it a try sometime...
 
sorry for the late post guys ive been f-in busy. yesterday was shoulders. only took me about 45 min. short and to the point.

seated barbell press: 100x12, 100x12, 120x10, 150x9, 150x6+2 forced reps with spotters help, thats pretty close to the heaviest i have ever gone
d-bell side lateral raises: 15x12, 20x10, 20x10, 25x10 drop 15x10
b-bell front raises: 20x10, 20x10, 25x10
machine neutral grip presses: 50x10, 90x10, 120x10

shoulders started hurting so i quit. i usually try to do rear delts with back. felt really strong and had a pretty beast pump.
