lol, ya she owes me for sure. lol and zed about the leg extensions, you know im not entirely sure since ive always done them. i usually do them because even after leg press or squats my guads still have a little left. i feel squats and leg press alot in the glutes. i just want to make sure the guads are totally thrashed. i like to do some iso movements after my compounds. maybe i could drop the leg ex and throw in another compound like hack squats or lunges? what do you think zed? plus i always felt like iso movements help with detail and i want to get big but still keep those fine details. idk thoughts?
 
did shoulders today, looked like this.
machine shoulder press, 50x10, 70x10, 90x10, 110x11, 110x9 drop 70x10 drop 50x10
cable side laterals, 10x10, 10x10, 10x12

machine shrugs, 50x15, 70x12, 90x10, 120x10, 150x10, 150x10 drop 120x15

shoulders were so f-in pumped i had to stop after side laterals. kinda was hurting. i have messed up shoulders anyways so when it starts to hurt, i stop.

tomorrow is an off day.

Get the fuck off that dam leg extension. They are bad bad bad anatomicaly.
Ok that said, if you want definition you could do Hacks- high reps no pause/no lockout at the top. Just make it like one smooth motion for the entire set, or same for Ft Squats.
Dont bounce out of the hole but dont pause there either.
You would wanna shoot for 25-30 reps and prolly drop the weight 50% from your work sets.

i have never had knee problems and i dont want any so i will probably kick those. your not the first person i have heard that from. thanks for caring bro. lol ya i always hear that legs tend to respond better to a higher rep range, i tend to stick right around 10 for just about everything. every once in a while i will throw some weird shit in there to shock the muscle. i will try that workout next leg workout. i fuckin hate hack squats, there tuff man. lol but the harder shit ususally works better.

UPDATE-today is an off day and thank god. DOMS is set in on my legs. its hard to walk my legs and calfs and so sore, especially my calfs. i thought i could have done more when i was workin out but good thing i didnt, my legs are f-ed up. lol i want to do chest tomorrow but i did shoulders yesterday so i might do back. no sure yet.

i know i know, im white as f. give me some time to tan. lol the videos dont really do me justice. the veins today were crazy and i looked pretty huge from the front. im starting to get more compliments from people in the gym. its nice. lol
 
o ya, up new more pounds today so i weighed in at 203 today. tomorrow will be BACK and Triceps. back pumps are starting to happen and i dont f-in like it one bit. lol i may have to get some taurine if it gets any worse. also im beginning to notice slight lethargy, i can still kill it in the gym but i just feel tired all the time. have been getting a good 8-10 hours of sleep nightly. so not sure whats up. just a few more weeks and im done with the orals. hopefully it wont get any worse.

back workout yesterday was as follows,

pullups, BWx10, BWx10, BWx8, BWx6
underhand grip pulldowns, 90x15, 120x10, 150x10
d-bell rows, 45x10, 55x10, 75x10 75 pound d-bells is as heavy as they go at the gym i worked out at yesterday
low pulley cable rows, 90x12, 120x10, 150x10, 170x10 that may be the heaviest i have gone with good form
rope pulldowns 7's style, 40x10, 50x10, 60x10, 70x10, 70x8, 70x8, 70x7 drop 40x10

little rear delt work
high pulley reverse grip cable flyes 30x10, 30x10, 30x10
low pulley cable lateral raises, 30x10, 40x10, 40x10

light triceps as well
cable press downs, 90x12, 120x10, 120x10
d-bell overhead extension 20x10, 25x10

today is an off day. will be doing legs most likely tomorrow or maybe shoulders

i keep gaining weight so the pullup numbers are staying the same. havent needed to add any weight yet. lol hopefully soon once i get use the added weight i will start oxing the pullups.
