lol, ya she owes me for sure. lol and zed about the leg extensions, you know im not entirely sure since ive always done them. i usually do them because even after leg press or squats my guads still have a little left. i feel squats and leg press alot in the glutes. i just want to make sure the guads are totally thrashed. i like to do some iso movements after my compounds. maybe i could drop the leg ex and throw in another compound like hack squats or lunges? what do you think zed? plus i always felt like iso movements help with detail and i want to get big but still keep those fine details. idk thoughts?
