got my pics up in the contest gallery. today was an off day. think im gonna kill shoulders and arms tomorrow. maybe shoulders, traps and calfs. not sure yet. havent posted anything on diet yet. usually looks like this.
breakfast 3 eggs over easy, two pieces of toast with jelly or butter and a protein shake.
2nd meal 8oz of chicken 1.5 cups rice
3rd meal usually a 80/20 hamburger patty on a wheat bun and 1.5 cups rice
4th meal 8oz chicken 1.5 cups rice
5th meal about 25 grams of protein of egg whites and a whey protein shake with milk.
i usually drink protein shakes in between some meals or whenever i feel i need the protein. i have been eating a pb&j every other day to get some more calories in my diet. im not TOO concernded with eating super clean right now becuae i need the calories. im taking original diesel and i hear you gotta feed that beast to get good results. i will clean it up a bit in a few weeks. im naturally pretty lean so im not too concerned with fat right now unless i start noticing fat gain. will post up tomorrow after workout. tomorrow is second injection so im ready to kts.
