felt like a good workout. when i put up the 275 it actually felt light i was surprised. my forearms got pumped from benching it was kinda weird. also that much weight kinda hurt my wrists im just not use to going that heavy. I have only benched 275 for like two or three reps before, and it DID NOT feel light when i did it before. my bi's were kinda pumped from chest, I dont understand it, must be the juice. I think the test e may have kicked in now. today was first injection of week 5 on test. yesterday was my last day on the diesel

weighed in at 215.6 today. thats up 25 pounds since start.

ya im sore as hell today. lol only thing now is that now that I repped out 275 I have no excuses but to go just as heavy or heavier for my heavy sets. Im gonna try three plates in the next few weeks but I dont want to do it until I can get it at least three times, 5 would be better, I dont like using weight that I cant get AT LEAST 5 reps with, just too dangerous in my book.

today is an off day, slept like shit last night and didnt eat the best. gonna rest up and eat alot than kill legs tomorrow.


BTW is slight INSOMNIA a sight effect usually associated with test? these past few days I have been having trouble falling asleep, and im guessing thats right about the time the test kicked in. maybe its just be but I have been laying in bed for HOURS trying to fall asleep and than once I do I have been either having some kinda weird dreams or just not being able to sleep for long. kinda sucks
 
Yeah bro it can be a side effect. Get yourself some N2sleep. I have used it and I like it. GHRP really knocks my sleep right in the ass and the N2 sleep gets right back on track. Good luck bro!
 
25 pounds is real nice any noticable fat gain?


not noticeable no, a little bit im sure since my cals have been higher but im still pretty cut. probably pretty close to where I was at bf wise when I started. which is probably right around 10%. I can see striations in my chest and shoulders, abs are still around too.

so first off I got kinda sick over the weekend. nothing major but my throat kinda hurts and I have a stuffy nose, hopefully it goes away in the next day or two. I didnt really wanna work out today but I sucked it up and kelled it. I was a little weaker than last week but still pretty strong. just hoping working out while sick doesnt make me take longer to get over it.

I did a little less volume than my usual workouts. Reasons being for ONE, I am kinda sick and didnt want to put my body through too much, even though I still kinda went as hard as I could, its the only way I know how to train. And Reason num TWO, im thinkin of working out each muscle group twice every week, but to do that im gonna need to lower my overall volume per workout so im not overtraining.

ok story time guys, so a few different guys came up to me and was asking about my traps and wanting tips on how to get them bigger. I did what I could for them but also let them know, that thats my one bodypart that I have NEVER done very much for and have always had good shape and decent size. ALSO, the second older guy(maybe late 40's early 50's) was asking me about supplementation. He's like, so alot of protein powder and food? what about creatine or anything? you know, are you "ON" anything? lol I just laughed and said NO. he continued to complement me on my shape and genetics and told me I look like a bodybuilder. lol It was a pretty awesome complement, just wasnt sure what to say on the roids question you know? when I get to the size that its obvious, I mght have a different answer for somebody IF they know what there talking about. But im assuming once I get bigger people will just know and probably not ask me unless they are trying to learn or something. anyway good workout for being sick I think, legs tomorrow, maybe shoulders too if I feel up to it

didnt make it to the gym today, started going to a new gym, didnt know what time they closed. so by the time i got in there at 6:45, I found out they closed at 7. nice huh?

so i just did a little bit of shoulders and chest on a machine we have here at my apartments. gonna take tomorrow off, maybe monday too. havent decided yet

ya thats exactly what happened to me too. lol we have a anytime fitness by my apartments but it only has machines and some dumbells that go up to 70's i think. not for the intense lifter thats for sure, full of granny's. its a nelsons nautilus i go to now. probably the nicest gym i have ever been to, except my free week pass at 24 hour fitness. it's more of a fitness center though, literally three floors of different machines, cardio and free weights. pretty sweet but expensive, ill stick with nelsons, we got those 200 pound dumbells for my next cycle. lol one day....

so more bad news, i feel alot better sick wise, actually 100% in that regard. BUT i have been having a tooth ache for the past few days that has kept me from sleeping almost completely the last two nights. i just got back from the dentist and had a partial root canal done. my whole left side of my head hurts and its hard to eat. i didnt know a toothe could hurt this bad, literally one of the worst pains of my life. I feel a little better now since the partial root canal is done, but thats probably because im all doped up on vicoden and ibuprofen. so AGAIN, Im gonna take today off from the gym, i just think with the medication and pain im in, i shouldnt go anyway. so thats 3 days of no training. o well i guess i havent taken off 3 days in a long time. will kill legs tomorrow

It never fails to get sick during a cycle and it sucks!!! Right now, I have whats called "virtigo" and its triggered by an ear infection. I have very bad dizziness, nausea, and a little of vomiting due to the dizzy spells. Bummer!! Right in the smack of my 3rd majical week when the DV1 opens up and releases the Mass Monster....
I'm forced to take off for 3 days and fight off the bacterial infection with antibiotics and rest. BUT no worries bro, me and you WILL finish what we started!

ok sorry its been a while since ive posted. Ive been SUPER busy lookin for a job. Ive been on unemployment for the past 4 1/2 months and i dont have much left in it. Ive applied EVERYWHERE, man its touch out there right now. Got some good leads today though.

also, ive started my MINI CUT, and due to lower carbs ive been feeling slightly flat and already have less energy after only about 5 days of dieting. So today and tomorrow im bumpin up the carbs to reload my glycogen. Doin morning cardio about twice a week, maybe three times. Im leaning out pretty quick already so I dont think the cardio needs to be too high for me yet. I might bump it up to every other day here in about two weeks.

what kinda work are you looking for?

honestly dude......anything at this point. I have applied in alot of different fields except fast food. not ready to go there yet. I got laid off from the forest service makin pretty good money, so I really dont want to settle for a minimum wage job. I may have to though. :( Im really trying to get into some kind of warehouse position with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission. Ive been buggin Home Depot alot lately. Also applied with a sanitation company and some retail shops. CNC jobs for Benchmade and Gerber, havent heard back. I really want to work at like a GNC or a gym. Besides the most likely min wage pay, the benefits would be nice. lol I dont know man Im f-in startin to stress about it a little bit. Its like the world is boycotting me, weird since I have a pretty good work history. I dont get it :confused:

ok so got a couple good things to post. Ive been eating 200 grams of carbs for the first week of my diet, started feeling tired and flat so did two days off 300, feel alot better now so gonna drop to 150 till i feel like s*** again than do two days of 250 than follow the diet like that, dropping 50 every week and doing two days of reload. Still lost some fat on those two days of 300, kept fat real low. Already lookin pretty cut. Next pics will be awesome.

Hammer strength unilateral machine ISO-Rows: 45x10, 80x10, 105x12, 105x10
Hammer Strength wide-grip press: 90x12, 140x10, 190x10, 210x8 These are kinda weird, there wide-grip but bring the grips close together, they feel almost like a fly, like a fly-press I guess. lol
Straight Bar wide-grip low pulley cable rows: 120x10, 160x12, 160x10, 160x8 drop 120x10
Leaning unilateral D-bell incline fly: 15x10, 17.5x10, 20x10, 22.5x12 I use to do these, you grab a rail or something and lean to one side and hang the d-bell than squeeze the pecs like a low-pulley crossover
High pulley rope arms straight lat pulldowns: 65x10, 80x10, 95x10, 95x10, 110x6 drop 80x10


so that was it, It was just one of those days where I felt like a monster. I was so pumped I felt huge. For flat bench after my warm up/first working set with 225 i put on 275 as usual. Than looked at it like "F it" and slapped on another plate instead of the 25's for 315. Its been a goal of mine since I started lifting, so I was kinda anxious but I was feeling great. The guy that spotted me didnt even touch the bar at all which made me happy, He did a good spot. After I got it up I racked it and he said it looked easy I should of done another one. It felt pretty heavy but the bar didnt slow down much. I felt on top of the world. I know 315 isnt too impressive as there are ALOT of guys that can rep that out, but like i said its been a goal for a long time. Just having 3 plates on each side and getting that up was an amazing feeling. Now MY NEXT GOAL IS 405!!!! lol

had zero motivation to do legs today, but once I got in the gym and blasted my headphones, I got in the zone. I felt kinda like a tank on the leg press machine with two 100lb plates on each side and the rest fully stocked with 45's than a 45, a 10 and a 5 on the middle. overall a pretty good workout I think, especally since I had to basically drag myself to the gym today. Havent done tri's in a while so im gonna do shoulders, traps and tri's tomorrow. should be fun.

Dont sell yourself short bro. 315 is an awsome benchmark. There may a lot of bros that do more then that but there a hell of a lot more that arent there yet, me included!

eh, I wouldnt say intense, the row was pretty tough but thats about it. Did about 10 min of cardio after weights on the STEPMILL. never used it before, that S*** is TOUGH!!!!! im really starting to feel the effects of lower carbs and calories. lookin kinda flat again until i get a pump, but still not as full as usual. Gonna have a cheat meal tonight or tomorrow. Will be tasty, probably burger and fries. lol I think im gonna start carb cycling instead of just cruising on lower carbs.

you guys talkin like clif bars? cuz i think those are loaded with sugar??

im tryin gto stay away from ANY sugar, i just beleive it spikes insulin and halts fat burning, a little pwo is probably ok , but im trying to stay away from sugar pwo too, unless its a banana but not too sure if that counts as sugar. pwo its probably aklright
 
I think a banana is good, the sugar in that is all natural, IMO. I'm also staying away from sugars too, only PWO shake I am taking is BigBlast. I'm using whey isolate protein throughout the day as the norm when I get the chance to. I had not tried the bars yet...

started a new job today. it whooped my A** today. the lowerd carbs probably dont help either. but the constant moving and heavy lifting will help burn up some cals, so bf should continue to drop as long as i dont go overboard on the cals. might have to eat a few more carbs here and there, but not worried about fat gain.

not able to work out today, gym closed due to broken water pipe. o well, new job is burning up some major calories so its a workout in itself. keepin dietary fat to a min and upping the carbs. I need the energy.

ya good point. I probably wont really do any cardio on days im working out. working out and working should burn more than enough cals. I want to get a little leaner, but not at the expense of losing my hard earned muscle.

woke up today with rotator cuff issues. not sure if i slept on my shoulder wrong or if its from working. probably both. Basically I walk up and down a 70 yard conveyor belt and either throw or catch boxes of liquor weighing between 20 and 50 pounds. Takes a toll on you for sure.

shoulder really bothering me, but im gonna go workout soon anyway. gonna do back and tri's as long as it doesnt hurt too bad. just gonna go nice and light and go for the pump. I wish I could just kill it but I dont think my shoulder can take it right now. o well, something is better than nothin.

shoulder was KINDA bothering me. not too bad actually. but i took it pretty easy and just kept the rest period short and went for the pump basically. the extra carbs I have been eating lately has me lookin full and lean. I have eatin a s*** ton of carbs the last few days and im still getting leaner. lol its awesome, yesterday I was probably pretty close to 300, today was somewhere around 250 and im still gettting leaner. I had a pretty late workout today so my last carb meal was closer to bed than I would of liked, O well, NEED2SLIN's got me covered. lol Im lowering my cals slowly, right now im right 2600, I dont plan on going any lower than probably 2300, and that will probably only be for a few days. I MAY go a little lower, but i doubt it.
 
just so everyone knows, this log will continue after the contest here ends. I will be continuing the log through PCT and probably a few weeks after PCT as well. PCT will most likely include Phytoserms347 so i will be logging this product as well. so stay tuned past the contest, My goal is to be back up to 210, 2 weeks past PCT.

With every protiend shake you drink you should be adding 1 packet of plain gelatin. That really helps joints etc.

Yep bro. Go to the jello isle in your super market and then look for the plain gelatin. Or you might find it in the canning section too.
You get like 5 or 6 packets in a box. Just put one packet in each shake and your g2g. You joint will love you!
