ya sorry guys was really busy yesterday. did second injection yesterday, no site pain at all. had probably the best arm workout of my life yesterday. I was so f-in pumped it actually hurt. lol looked like this
TRICEPS
skullcrushers 60x10, 60x10, 90x10, 90x9
single arm overhead dumbell extension 15x10, 20x10, 25x10, 30x10, 30x9
cable pressdowns 70x10, 80x10, 90x10 drop 70x5
single arm underhand cable extension 30x10, 40x10, 40x9
BICEPS
ez bar preacher curls 40x10, 40x10, 70x10, 70x8
seated incline dumbell curl 15x10, 20x10, 20x8
dumbell hammer curls 30x10, 35x10, 50x10, 35x10

workout was good i think, next time im gonna do a little more work for bi's.

nutrition for yesterday was the same as usual except i had a cheat meal of pizza of bread sticks. lol gotta get those calories. gonna do legs today will post up after workout.

update, +11 pounds since start. im getting HORNY AS HELL. not sure if its the test or the pheraplex but im guessing the pplex as im only about one week into the test and two into the og diesel. girlfriend is sick right now so no sex, having to J THE HOG twice a day. lol strenth is going up nicely and im noticing nice pumps. im also looking fuller throuhout the day. havent noticed ANY water retention yet. hopefully i wont. just got back from leg workout it was as follows, o ya fyi i wanted to do squats but this old ass dude was hoggin the squat rack so did leg press. maybe it was a good thing since my lower back is still sore from deads this week.

leg press 270x20, 360x12, 450x10, 540x10, 720x7 legs were f-in pumpd
lying leg curls 45x12, 60x10, 75x10, 75x9 drop to failure
unilateral leg extensions 15x10, 20x10, 15x10 weight was each leg and i dont like to go heavy on these, its not good i dont think, just slow and controlled
seated calf raises 45x20, 90x15, 135x12, 180x10, 180x10 drop to failure

will be doin squats next week. felt like it was a pretty good workout, i may have done some more work but i had to leave so i could pick up the girlfriend from work on time.

ya i couldnt really beleieve it myself. like i said, no water retention yet either. im hoping to be 210 by the end of this next week. moya got me thinkin i need to put up some vids on youtube to show you guys whats up. so i will try and do that soon. im doing shoulders traps and abs todeay so will post up after workout

It was good for you man. A tiny little change like that never hurt anybody. You may even see more of an increase in your next set of squats then you think you will.:)

I would like to ask this, do you feel this is really beneficial to your leg development? Or after thinking about it is it possible that you may be further ahead minus these? I am just asking for your thoughts here bro.
