lol strenth is going up nicely and im noticing nice pumps. im also looking fuller throuhout the day. havent noticed ANY water retention yet. hopefully i wont. just got back from leg workout it was as follows, o ya fyi i wanted to do squats but this old ass dude was hoggin the squat rack so did leg press.

It was good for you man. A tiny little change like that never hurt anybody. You may even see more of an increase in your next set of squats then you think you will.
leg press 270x20, 360x12, 450x10, 540x10, 720x7 legs were f-in pumpd
lying leg curls 45x12, 60x10, 75x10, 75x9 drop to failure
unilateral leg extensions 15x10, 20x10, 15x10 weight was each leg and i dont like to go heavy
I would like to ask this, do you feel this is really beneficial to your leg development? Or after thinking about it is it possible that you may be further ahead minus these? I am just asking for your thoughts here bro.
