just so everyone knows, this log will continue after the contest here ends. I will be continuing the log through PCT and probably a few weeks after PCT as well. PCT will most likely include Phytoserms347 so i will be logging this product as well. so stay tuned past the contest, My goal is to be back up to 210, 2 weeks past PCT.

ya sorry guys been real busy. job has me pretty worn out. just got back from chest and arms. training is going great. lookin lean and pretty full and big. im sitting right around 206. and have def lost quite a bit of bf since first set of pics. guessing im probably around 4% leaner than first set. id say im probably around 8% bf.

chest
flat barbell bench press: 135x20, 135x20, 185x10, 205x10, 225x10, 245x8+3 forced reps, def a little weaker but still pretty strong for my diet, not too disappointed with it
incline barbell press: 135x15, 135x15, 165x10, 185x10
flat hammer strength machine press: 90x20, 180x15, 180x13, 90x23
low pully cable crossovers: 30x15, 50x10, 50x10 drop 30x10
machine flys: 70x15, 90x15, 120x12, 120x12

basically just did a light superset workout for arms
machine dips: 200x25 ss barbell preacher curls: 50x15
machine dips: 200x20 ss barbell preacher curls: 70x15
machine dips: 245x20 ss barbell preacher curls: 80x12
d-bell kickbacks: 15x15 ss barbell preacher curls: 80x12 didnt go too intense on the arms since i did them a few days ago

for some reason my first set of pics are freakin tiny when you try to open them in the gallery, so im gonna try and resize them and re-upload them. hope it works. probably gonna do shoulders tomorrow, if not tuesday for sure. I will probably just do some abs and calves tomorrow with some cardio. we will see

not exactly sure what you mean zed. lol because to be completely honest I havent been dieting very hard. I have been eating ALOT of carbs. Its not the conventional bb diet thats for sure. but im still under my maintenance needs so im losing bf. you guys on low carbs crack me up. how do you guys feel? like s***? lol I bet you do. I feel about 80% on 200/day and still losing bf. Ive don e the low carb b4 and its pretty mentally challenging. but you dont need to diet on 100gms of carbs a day or less to get lean, thats just ignorance. Branch warren consitently eats 500gms/carbs/day, and Jason Huh will go as high as 1000 during contest prep. im just trying to keep the fat real low if im eating alot of carbs that day. I WILL NOT be the leanest person in this comp. but im not trying to be, i will have some good abs, striations in my chest and shoulders and a pretty cut back. Im sure I will be alot bigger than alot of ppl in this thing tho. to be honest, doing well in this thing is important to me, but keeping my gains is more important. im not willing to diet down much leaner than I am now, becaue ultimately, that means losing muscle. I dont care what drugs someone is on, your not gonna build muscle on a calorie deficit. Where would it come from, the calories in the juice? lol you can shape and fill out in areas, but as far as i know and every pro bber in the world, when you diet, your not building S*** anymore, just doing your best to maintain. and my ultimate goals are to compete at the national level here in the next 5 years, so im really just trying to grow.

also, it seems to me about everybody in this thing was trying to cut from day one, I HAVE BUILT from day 1. I've added about 16 pounds on the scale and lost probably pretty close to 4% bf. Dropping water this week so I will probably drop down to about 200 for the final pics. dry and lean. Good luck to everyone in this thing. Who knows how people are gonna vote. We will see I guess. Its been fun.

I hope your around here for a while buddy, as I know Im here to stay. FINALLY got my freakin final pics up. spent literally hours having to restart this comp a billion times. Man this thing sucks big time. Would like to congratulate all members in this contest, we all kicked A** and remember to keep eatin right and training hard to take it to the next level. This thing was a blast. I will be running PCT this thursday as my last shot was last thursday, not yesterday, the thursday b4 yesterday, lol. so stay tuned for my pct, I will be logging a few products and will be keepin up with my diet and training. Just wondering why you aren't getting any love for this competition. Seems to me that everyone else was mostly cutting. You appear to be the only one that actually put on a lot of mass (and got cut as fk too).......No disrespect to anyone else because there were definitely some huge transformations, but I guess I just don't understand what people are thinking.....

lol thanks man, ya I kinda noticed this too. PLJ looks awesome, BUT he pretty much just cut. No disrespect to him as his transformation was awesome. But ya it seems like EVERYBODY on here either just cut bf, or stayed about the same size just cut some fat. I GAINED FROM DAY ONE and am CLEARLY alot bigger than when I first started with a pretty clear drop in BF as well. I gained the most size out of anyone in this thing. Again, no disrespect to all competitors, we all did well. But PLJ obviously lost the most fat, I obviously GAINED the MOST MUSCLE. the pics dont lie. But its just seems like everyone on here appreciates fat loss more than muscle gain. lol I must have not made that much of a change!?! lol o well, we'll see how people vote I guess.
 
did quads today

45 degree leg press: 200x20, 200x20, 400x15, 600x15, 600x12, 600x15 this was the first time using this leg press, It seemed harder than the one I normally do which is at more of an incline

Sissy Squats: BWx20, BWx15, BW+25x15, BW+25x12, BW+35x15 These F-in BURNED, first time doin em today, I like em, there f-in tough

Leg Curls: 45x15, 45x12, 45x12, 45x15 Man these were burning

I didnt do a whole lot for quads, but I was practically falling over while walking, legs were super pumped.

Started the forma today, starting the rest of PCT tomorrow. BW is staying right around 205. I know I need to eat more so I will do that. Back and Tri's tomorrow. Really lookin forward to it. will post up after workout tomorrow if I have time.

Wide Grip pulldonwns: 115x20, 115x20, 155x12, 185x10, 185x10

Hammer strength single arm iso-row: 45x12, 90x10, 90x10, 125x10

Bent over barbell row, underhand grip: 135x12, 155x10, 155x10, 155x13

Low pully Rope rows: 90x12, 120x10, 150x10, 150x10 drop 90x12

Tri's
two handed d-bell overhead tricep extension: 70x15, 70x10, 90x10, 110x10, 130x12

underhand cable pushdowns: 35x12, 65x12, 90x12, 110x10, 130x9, 130x9 drop 65x8

so it was a pretty short workout, especially for tri's, but I felt pretty strong and had a good workout. Lower back is bothering me from lifting all those damn liquor cases at work. Gonna try and get a massage tonight from the gf. lol tomorrow will be an off day. saturday will be shoulders, will post up then unless I have anything to say in the meantime

lol ya I noticed a few people purposfully werent flexing AT ALL in there first pics to make even more of difference for the final pics when you do flex. I thought about doin that and it is a transformation contest so any little but will probably help but i just think thats cheap. I was fairly lean in the first pics anyway so I wanted to see a REAL difference in my muscles and shape and size. Hard to see a REAL difference when in one pic your not flexing at all than 3 months later you flex as hard as you can. I wanted to do this for me number one, I wanted to see how big of a difference I could really make. but to each his own I guess. thats just me
 
anybody hear anything lately on the voting? were we not told that the voting was gonna happen two days ago? thats what i thought. Is there a POLL somewhere or something? Is there a THREAD somewhere or something? surely somebody in this contest has got to know something as of late. Cuz I sure the heck dont know whats going on. How long is this voting gonna take? i figured it may take a while so they can get a substancial number of votes, but it would be nice to told about something like that?

Yeah, I see what you mean man and noticed that too.. the sad thing was with all my pics starting, I was flexing as hard as I could.. and I also didn't bloat up, I figured I was already a fat ass and actually had started losing weight from the start of the year before I decided to join and took my photos since I figured I had a long ways to go I didn't want several days lost from bloating up. I had serious love handles and back fat, something that even when bloating, doesn't show, mostly just gut.. and it's easy to push the gut out..if you notice, I didn't suck intentionally, but I was flexing my abs in most photos too. I didn't think it perception wise to push my gut out and not flex.. I thought the same as you, really posing and comparing exactly how i looked starting and ending.

PLJ did cut, but I assure you he was well below my starting BF% and when you get around 10% and lower everything shows a ton better than when I started at 23%, dropped to 17% and just started showing.. but 30+ pounds of fat and over 11 inches lost on my body with 8 inches in growth in other areas. Pure recomp, and I'm still in shock most days how I walk around and wear 34" jeans for the first time in my life, shooting for 32 now!

Your final photos look great, bro.. keep it up, and good luck on the voting.

after back did some light tri's

overhead d-bell extensions: 75x12, 90x10, 110x8, 150x10 NEW PR was getting some looks pullin out that 150, in a few years or sooner I plan on reppin out the 200
 
Where is the best place to order. Gentleman's Club I can not find please help been on this for 2 weeks. nobody can tell me if some of the sites are legit or not really dont want to get burned. Thanks bro
