lol thanks man. i just got back from my second chest and bi workout of the week today, so im gonna grub and than i will post up what i did today.
 
so did chest and bi's today, was as follows. this was my second chest and bi workout this week so i didnt want to go all out, but i worked out with my buddy who i rarely see and we tend to be pretty competitve with eachother. o well. lol

flat hammer strength press: 90x10, 90x10, 160x10, 180x10, 230x6+2 forced reps drop 180x5
incline d-bell press: 45x10, 50x10, 65x12, 65x10 was light but shoulder was hurting so just went nice and slow and really contracted it
high pulley cable flys/crossovers: 60x10, 70x10, 80x10, 100x6 drop 70x10
flat barbell press for a final burnout: 115x20, 135x15

Bi's
standing ez-bar curls: 65x10, 65x10, 85x6, 65x10
d-bell hammer curls: 30x10, 40x10, 45x10 drop 25x10
d-bell concentration curls: 15x12, 20x12, 25x12
ezbar 21's: 50x21, 50x21

pretty good workout i guess. i always just feel like i need to do more lately. i have to just tell myself to leave so i can go home and eat and rest. lol

o ya, weighed in today at 208!!!! thats about a 18 pound gain so far. and im still pretty lean, probably right around bf as I started.

ya up to and including 160 i consider my warm up sets. i should probably do another set of 180-200 after my first 180 so i have a total of 3 working sets instead of basically just two with a drop set. how much incline do I use? like how often do i do incline movements? well i consider my chest a top priority right now to bring up and especially my upper/inner chest, so i usually try and do at least one incline movement every workout. sometimes my "flat" dumbell press will be on a slight incline. i tend to use d-bells more than barbells because after my shoulder injury barbell presses hurt my shoulder more than d-bells so i stuck with d-bells. but it is feeling better lately so i might try some incline barbell presses next week and see how they feel.

im assuming you asked because you believe barbell is superior to d-bell?

ya my next pics probably wont bee too much of a difference. i was still slightly pumped in my last pics and if i dont have a pump at all i will probably look about the same. but just in the morning without any pump i can def tell im bigger. gonna start tanning soon so that will look nice. lol
 
ok guys did back and tri's today, pretty good workout I think

lat pulldowns: 90x12, 135x10, 165x10, 180x10 drop 120x10 drop 90x10 my fuckin lats are WEAK man it kills me.....ah!!!!! just wait
bent over barbell rows, underhand grip: 95x12, 145x10, 145x12, 145x10 drop 95x10
incline T-bar rows: 45x12, 70x10, 70x10, switch to close neutral grip 70x12
rack pulls: 115x12, 185x10, 205x10, 205x10

Triceps
machine dips: 200x12, 200x12, 245x10, 290x10, 290x10 this was the stack with two plates hangin on it
skull crushers: 60x10, 80x10, 100x10, 110x7 I could of done more reps on my last set but i stopped because it hurt my shoulder
rope pushdowns bringing my hands out at the bottom: 50x12, 70x10, 70x10
underhand d-pulley cable extensions: 30x12, 40x12, 40x12

felt like a pretty good workout, I LOOKED FUCKING HUGE afterwards. it was awesome. this was the first time i have ever done rack pulls, they felt kinda awkward but i got the hang of em. will continue to do these.

Yes for sheer size and strength. But not worth messing yourslef up over it. Its like for me if I do flat bench my should hurts. Thats why I only bench with a 20° incline. Its what works for my bod.
Do str8 bar curls bother your shoulder. They do mine. Actually hammer dbl curls are best for me concerning my shoulder. Again thats just what works.

no im not sure on the item yet. Im hoping to find out today though. ya mine wont be much diff either, i was pumped in my last ones and i wont be this week. but im def bigger. Im gonna start tanning too, i burn easily so im gonna have to take it slow. if you find out what item we need today please let me know.
 
just so you guys dont think im slackin, yesterday i took off i was feeling kinda run down. today im gonna do shoulders, traps and calves. will post up workout afterwards.

Does anyone know the item we need for this round?
