flat hammer strength press: 90x10, 90x10, 160x10, 180x10, 230x6+2 forced reps drop 180x5
I am guessing that up to and including 160 are your WU sets? Will discuss aft your reply...
incline d-bell press: 45x10, 50x10, 65x12, 65x10 was light but shoulder was hurting so just went nice and slow and really contracted it

high pulley cable flys/crossovers: 60x10, 70x10, 80x10, 100x6 drop 70x10
flat barbell press for a final burnout: 115x20, 135x15
Bi's
standing ez-bar curls: 65x10, 65x10, 85x6, 65x10
d-bell hammer curls: 30x10, 40x10, 45x10 drop 25x10
d-bell concentration curls: 15x12, 20x12, 25x12
ezbar 21's: 50x21, 50x21
pretty good workout i guess. i always just feel like i need to do more lately. i have to just tell myself to leave so i can go home and eat and rest. lol
o ya, weighed in today at 208!!!! thats about a 18 pound gain so far. and im still pretty lean, probably right around bf as I started.
