Not sure of this is where i put this post but i have tried EVERYTHING. Dropping calories, exercising more, abs exercises, you name it, except upping my cardio. I cant seem to get rid of the rest of my belly fat for anything. Got rid of some but there's still more to go. Very irritated to say the least. Should i stop lifting and do more cardio or lighten my weights and do more reps. Just don't know anymore.
