Ok, were do I start.. I was very active 4years ago untill my MVA and had tp have rods/pins placed in my back. I always followed LCD and loss over 120lbs. Now I can't lose any weight on the LCD. I know that exercise plays a big part and now that I'm not as active like I was plays a big part. But I've been reading some other diets that include high fiber carbs and so on. The main reason for this post is I can't think out side the low carb BOX!! My weight is 200lbs and my pant sizes 34-36 @ 5'9. So with that said here's a look at what I've been thinking of doing.
Meal one oat meal,egg white,SF yogurt with wheatgerm
Meal two tuna fish or chicken, slice of WW bread & flaxseed oil
Meal three chicken & flaxseed oil
Meal fourWheat ceral & flaxseed oil & cottage cheese(1cup)
