Welcome! I hear you on too much info! Isn't it great? ;) Plan on spending HOURS reading old threads - they are FULL of lots of info! :)

Jen - I can eat a whole can of frosting ..... my hubby thinks it is DISGUSTING! I love vanilla tub frosting the most.

BUT, I do like the sweet buttercream cake frosting on bakery cakes. Give me a corner piece! :chomp:

Oh man. Have you ever made chocolate chip cookies & just eaten all the dough? (Never actually make cookies..)

Another thing that really keeps me away from that stuff is honestly after eating an uber clean diet, literally any garbage I throw in there I either get a massive sugar buzz or I just feel like shit for 2 days until all of it processed out of my body. Just not worth it.

I just feel like shit because I can't stop myself before I get to that point. I did the dough thing last time I made cookies, I made enough dough for 48 cookies, came out with just under 30 ;)

I will admit, my mind has to be in the right place though. When I moved to ATL for my new job I lived in an apt for 2 months, my job wasn't quite what I was told when I interviewed & my boss quit 2 days after I started, and I didnt' know anyone here at all, 1000 miles away from family. So I was pretty frustrated and lost. I didnt' join a gym because I knew I would be moving soon , though I hadnt' found a house yet so I coudlnt' tell you where I was going to move. I pounded 2 bags of these evil KitKat Bites regularly. I'm talkign EVERY DAY for 2 months.

Once I got my house set up, found a chiropractor for some serious back issues I had developed and got into a gym, I had absolutely no interest in the junk food. And I"ve been able to continue that frame of mind since then.

I know that feeling, just getting out of a similar set-up myself, glad you got out of it!

Did you gain a lot of weight over those 2 mos? I put on about 10-15 lbs :(

its so true...when your happy in your life your weight will follow. people say its 90%diet 10% exercise...but i think its got a whole lot to do with the emotional side too
