Here Goes in a blender mix the following:
3 scoops of protein mix ( whatever your choice ) which= approx. 66 gms. of protein,
12 oz. half & half
3 oz. whole cream
1 banana
2 tbls. of wheat germ
2 scoops of sugar free vanilla ice cream
3 tbls. of flax seed oil
1 whole egg
2 oz. coconut cream
mix well for 45 seconds and top of with whipped cream, now that's a heck of alot of calories
