Abs use to be bigger but I haven’t worked on them or Casio in past two years. Been focusing on trying to bulk.
Now I was gonna try and get abs back while continuing to still ad size. All while staying lean.
Loose skin has been here since I lost the dad bod 7 years ago.
I can grow abs and help it. But if I do a push up or plank. You can see it hang down. I am going to Atleast go see a Dr and talk. In about 20 days.
In my 40’s then skin would shrink back over time. In my 50’s it stopped snapping back.
Go in about 200g protein today.
