I can try again.
Abs use to be bigger but I haven’t worked on them or Casio in past two years. Been focusing on trying to bulk.
Now I was gonna try and get abs back while continuing to still ad size. All while staying lean.
Loose skin has been here since I lost the dad bod 7 years ago.
I can grow abs and help it. But if I do a push up or plank. You can see it hang down. I am going to Atleast go see a Dr and talk. In about 20 days.
In my 40’s then skin would shrink back over time. In my 50’s it stopped snapping back.
Go in about 200g protein today.
200 grams protein is a start, getting more protein and food in to start but can you meal prep?
 
I believe 2 lbs chicken breast I about 200g protein at 1200 calories. Tell if that’s wrong. Too early for math.
Right now I trying to hang about 1500cal.
Just used chicken as an example. I can eat other proteins.
I think that might be more accurate for a start. Trying to really work on the last stubborn areas of fat.
Going to see a plastic surgeon mid April about the loose skin.
Yes that is total vanity. But I don’t care. It bugs me.
I’ve worked hard to be like this.

100g is about 21-23g protein IIRC. 454g is a lb so a bit under 200

Yes I normally meal prep.
Just been lazy about it.
 
fasting would tighten up that loose skin.

i'm talkin a long fast like 10 days or more
 
I would strongly consider avoiding the surgery, man.
There's other ways and creams that you can possibly take a look at
