I have been dealing with this loose skin for 6 years now. Since losing my dad bod and beer belly.
All my research has shown that once you have lost elasticity in the skin it can not be regained.
Yes fasting eat and reproduces cells and give some resemblance to tightening. But not enough old skin.
Creams are not an option. Yes some add plumpness and retain cologen, but not enough in my case. Hydrations plays a part in all of this also..
Getting bigger muscles to fill the skin also an option. But not enough by its self.
Yes do all these things and I will see a small improvement.
Again my age is 90% the problem.
Of course this is my opinion. I want to talk to some different type of drs to see what options are out there. I agree slicing is not my only or favorite idea.
Of course keep the ideas rolling in. I don’t know it all and love to hear ideas.
