Nice leg day Sunday. Been focusing so hard on shoulder I have neglected legs. Was nice to hit them again.
10 min elliptical
1. Standing individual leg curl machine 4 sets 12 reps. 25,30,35,40. Super set with #2
2. seated leg curl machine. 4 sets 20 reps. 90,110,120,140
3. Leg extension 4 set 15 reps double leg 90,100,120,140. superset with #4
4. Leg extension 4 set 15 single leg 60,60,70,70
5. Lateral swing leg press . Single leg 4 set 15. -
2 plate, 3,3,4 superset with number #6
6. Abductor 4 set 20 100,110,120,130
7. 45 degree leg press machine 4 set, 90lb-50 reps, 180lbs - 40 reps, 270lbs- 30 reps, 360lbs -20 reps
8. Front squat machine 4 set 12reps 180lbs
Mixed into all this was 4 set 10-15 neutral grip pull ups and 4 sets 10 chin ups
