hey guys just thought i'd update today real quick.
today was back and bis
deadlift- fml i forgot to pack my sweats so i couldn't go that hard today. had to take it a little lighter than normal and focused on my pull ups instead.

that was all my shins could take i almost started bleeding so had to stop lol

then finished with 1 set of light weight lat pull downs
bent over db row- went harder than i have in a long time with these
85x8
85x10 this surprised me, idk where i pulled the extra energy from
85x10 not as good as the last set, i cheated on the last few a bit
then did some conc. curls and got outa there.
just an update on my diet.
for breakfast i had..
5 eggs over easy
large bowl of cream of wheat
bowl of pudding
glass of milk
for snack had a chicken sandwich on wheat
lunch was huge, i'm about to burst lol
2 chicken sandwiches
salad with carrots and broccoli
some chicken wings
banana bread
+ i had my protein shake post w/o and my waximaize pre w/o
