hey guys just thought i'd update today real quick.

today was back and bis
deadlift- fml i forgot to pack my sweats so i couldn't go that hard today. had to take it a little lighter than normal and focused on my pull ups instead.
315x6 warm up
365x6
385x5
that was all my shins could take i almost started bleeding so had to stop lol

pull ups
20x5
10x6
10x5
bwx8
bwx5
then finished with 1 set of light weight lat pull downs

bent over db row- went harder than i have in a long time with these
85x8
85x10 this surprised me, idk where i pulled the extra energy from
85x10 not as good as the last set, i cheated on the last few a bit

then did some conc. curls and got outa there.

just an update on my diet.
for breakfast i had..
5 eggs over easy
large bowl of cream of wheat
bowl of pudding
glass of milk

for snack had a chicken sandwich on wheat

lunch was huge, i'm about to burst lol
2 chicken sandwiches
salad with carrots and broccoli
some chicken wings
banana bread

+ i had my protein shake post w/o and my waximaize pre w/o
 
I have insomnia guys. can't sleep, so i'm eating lol.

This is what I'm having:

Tuna sandwich;
5oz tuna
3 slices of cheese
2 whole wheat slices of bread
mayo

whole milk;
2 cups or 480mL

greek yogurt
6oz

Calores: ~1200
Protein ~68g

This is a small meal. 1200 calories is a small meal, never really thought of that. Makes me wonder what I'm doing when I'm eating 2 chicken sandwiches + sides lol must be close to 4000. Eating is getting easy :)

It was just a bad night lol I don't regularly have it. Though I usually take need2sleep before bed and I didn't last night.

Squats- I did those damn slow negatives that radar recommended and in my head the whole set I was cursing radar for ever telling me that lol but more seriously, they worked great.
