hey zed, hey all. i'm sorry i haven't posted in forever. i got real sick, my flu developed into pneumonia. it sucked, and i'm pissed that this has eaten up 3 weeks of my first cycle ever, and an awesome one at that. anyways, i'm really frustrated with it and i don't wanna talk much about it. i'm back in the weight room now, and that's what matters. i'm afraid this has hurt my chances of winning the comp greatly though.
