Ah ok so started my contest diet prep today.
Today is a pretty mild day but it's going to get rough this week with my plan.. from drinking 2 gal of water a day to drinking hardly any at all.
Today I'm cutting carbs, the only carbs I'm eating is a half cup of oats in the morning, and a meal replacement shake after posing practice. I'm thinking waximaize and protein. Also thinking about cutting out my creatine. Good idea?
had 40min of light cardio this morning
