hey sorry guys, i've been feeling better. don't feel like shit anymore, just a cough and a soar throat which are slowly going away. but i felt like i could work out today so I went to the gym for the first time in over a week, it was nice :)

BB bench
185x8 warm up
205x5
225x6
245x7 sooo hard
225x3 gave out on this one lol

75x5 not enough rest before this set
75x8 after a little longer rest

then finally some rope pulldowns.

weighed in at 205, so i didn't lose as much as i thought. was very relieved lol

what's weird is that i feel like i'm the same weight as i was when i started. i don't feel bigger when i look in the mirror, but plenty of people have been noticing my size, even when i'm wearing sweatshirts. they say my neck has gotten thicker, which is cool. anyways, i should be feeling good enough to workout consistently now :)

I've been getting some acne on my shoulders/chest, so i think i'm gonna start acnetame at 2 pills ed for a week and see what that does.

working out makes me feel sooo good. i definitely have the "on" feeling now, feeling happy and confident all the time haha. i saw my recent ex gf walk up and hug what i assume is her new bf today while on campus, but it didn't bug me as much as it normally would. it bugs me, don't get me wrong, she's a heartless... well let's not get into that lol. but i feel confident now, and i can shrug stupid shit like that off. ah now food food food
 
oh and i started the proviron yesterday. 50mg ed, split up into 2 25mg doses.

on another note, i'm not really noticing any bloat really. very minimal

Bro let that old shit go man. You dont need to waste your energy dwelling on that crap. There are plenty of she fishes in the sea. Time to move on and let the past go. It will make you a better person and your life will be golden!:)
 
Drop the chick problem. It will only add unwanted stress to your goal. Focus on your lifting and end goal strictly and completely. At this point nothing else matters. PERIOD!
