SC, Mr.X, any knowledgable bros...Help with Photo Shoot???

Bros,
I have a modeling shoot in one week and want to know how I should prepare for it. I finished cutting about 2 months ago and was down to 6'4", 180 pds, 7% or lower BF. I took pictures at that time and looked like shit because I was extremely flat. I'm now around 190 and look much fuller (look pretty much how I want to). I've been consuming 3000 to 3500 calories a day to bulk back up a bit, with one cheat day and one zero carb day a week. My question is should I carb deplete for a few days and then carb up the day before the shoot or should I go no carbs the day before and the day of the shoot or should I just maintain the current diet and not change anything. I just want to look good, not shredded, because its a modeling shoot, not a fitness/body building shoot. Any help from either of you or any other knowledgable bros would be greatly appreciated

As always thanks so much for your help SC. That is an awesome 7 day routine and I would be willing to follow it to the letter but my only concern is looking to ripped for a modeling shoot. If this was a fitness shoot, there is no question I would do it, however I'm not sure if I want to come in looking that ripped. Also, what would this do as far as bringing out my jaw line/thinning my face out even more (this could be good)?

Why would you not want to be as lean as possible for a photo-shoot?

You just don't flex quite as hard, you look very lean but you can set off the softer look if that is what you are after.

As well, using natural diuretics will get you to a nice lean/ripped condition, whereas using Diazide and other prescription aids will get you bone dry w/this approach.

I'd still use it, and yes, it does help w/the facial structure. Sucked in cheeks, high cheek bones accentuated, etc. Provided your face has some of those qualities already.

It's there if you ever do use it, no biggie!

I have given that link to NUMEROUS fashion models... trust me bro, you want to come in as lean as possible. So much of the lighting is used to enhance this look, the photographers will rejoice at the thought of you looking ok before lighting tricks. What agency are you with if you dont mind me asking?

SC,
I'm going to give it a shot brother. Have some questions that I would love for you to answer if you get a chance.

On the first few days, should I just eat protein in every meal other than the few you specify carbs? If so, any specific kinds or are all protein powders and lean meats ok?

Can I use Dextrose + Isolate for my Post workout MRP??

How much diuretic should I use? How much b-5 and dandallion root?

How do you think my skin tone will look for the photo shoot? Should this make my skin appear better or worst?

VS and R-ALA should be taken with all meals containing carbs correct?

On the day before the shoot I'm suppose to continue eating protein and carbs correct?

During carb loading days are sweet potatoes the only option?? I would have to consume roughly 3 sweet potatoes a meal to reach 600 grams of carbs/day during this phase..this seems difficult.

How do I slowly start incorporating water/salt/food back into my diet without getting sick or experiencing serious bloat.

I know this is a lot of questions bro, but just some things I couldnt quite figure out from reading the article alone. I understand if you cant answer them all.. As always, thank you for your help. You are the man.
