m1: 5 oz pineapple orange chicken, 1 cup shredded wheat
m2: 1 oz walnuts
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup stir fry veggies
m4: 1 oz almonds
m5: 5 oz bison chili (kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, mrs dash hot and spicy, peppers)
m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine
m7: 1 cup egg whites, 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl power butter

m2: 5 oz chicken, 2 cups green beans, 3/4 cup brown rice
m3: 1 oz almonds, apple

m6: 6 oz chicken, lettuce, onion, tomato, sweet potato croutons, berries
m7: Hmm prob 4-5 egg whites, 1 tbl Power butter
