Huh? my meals look clean eh? Guess I forgot to list the pizza, hot wings, and ice cream from last night just kiddin... of course! I'm glad I inspire ya that makes my day

GYM!!! Back and abs....pretty good workout despite it being 10:30 p.m.
Well I had a small one... but you're right the food was minimal yesterday and so was the sleep last night soooo... should make for an interesting quads and calves workout later I hope you also enjoyed your day hun

***WOw today was a LONG day since I went in to work early and also was making up a few hours for missing last week too all on only three hours of sleep... ***

m2: apple, 45 min later 1 oz cashews
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup green beans, 60 min later 1 cup pumpkin
m4: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 scoop glutamine, 1 scoop NO2, 1 oz almonds
GYM!!! QUads and calves... pretty good workout for very low cals yesterday and only a few hours of sleep
