Huh? my meals look clean eh? Guess I forgot to list the pizza, hot wings, and ice cream from last night :FRlol: just kiddin... of course! I'm glad I inspire ya that makes my day :D

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine

GYM!!! Back and abs....pretty good workout despite it being 10:30 p.m. ;)

m7: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m8: 4 egg whites, 2 tbl ANPB

HAPPPPPPPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!! :D

m1: Omelllette (2 oz chicken, 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, mushrooms) 1/2 pear
m2: Salad Bar (Spring mix, broccoli, soy beans, peppers, onions, mushrooms, cucumbers)
m3: 1 oz almonds/cashew/walnut mix
m4: 2-3 oz turkey, 1 HB egg white, celery/carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, pickle
m5: 1 oz almond/cashew mix
m6: 5 oz chicken, 2 cups green beans
m7: 2 scoops protein, 2 tbl ANPB

Well I had a small one... but you're right the food was minimal yesterday and so was the sleep last night soooo... should make for an interesting quads and calves workout later :evil: I hope you also enjoyed your day hun :heart:

***WOw today was a LONG day since I went in to work early and also was making up a few hours for missing last week too all on only three hours of sleep... ***

m1: 5 oz chicken, 1 1/2 cup shredded wheat
m2: apple, 45 min later 1 oz cashews
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup green beans, 60 min later 1 cup pumpkin
m4: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 scoop glutamine, 1 scoop NO2, 1 oz almonds

GYM!!! QUads and calves... pretty good workout for very low cals yesterday and only a few hours of sleep ;)

m5: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m6: 6 oz chicken, lettuce, onion, mushroom
