m5: 1 1/2 scoops protein

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine
m7: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup green beans, lettuce, onion
m8: 2 tbl PB

m4: small apple, low carb yogurt

GYM!!! Cardio and abs....
5 min on treadmill (speed 4.0/incline 5.0)
25 min step mill fat burn program(drop sets- 18 for 30 sec/10 for 60 sec)
5 min treadmill cooldown

m5: 1 scoop protein, 1 tbl sf/ff pudding mix
m6: 6 oz chicken, lettuce, onion
