GYM!!! Shoulders and abs....

m2: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m3: 4 oz chicken, 1/4 cup black beans, 1 cup broccoli
m4: handful almonds/pecans
m5: Chicken caesar salad (no dressing)
m6: 2 scoops protein, 2 tbl :cold: PB (ANPB crunchy lol)

Total: 1430

Yeah yeah yeah, they are posted up there now for yesterday... I always at least post up what I eat though so macros aren't all that important plus I eat the same thing each day for the most part lol... I'll work on that though!
