m3: 14 almonds
m4: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine

Gym time... QUADS :evil:

m5: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine
m6: 4 oz chicken, 1/2 cup egg whites, chopped onion and mushrooms
