i tried to get up and do the cardio thing this morning and then lift later on tonight....i have no clue how you people get up and do it....god bless!

Ditto what both of ya'll said :lmao: I couldn't get my @$$ outta bed for cardio either hehe... but its a day off from weights so I'll be there for sure this afternoon/evening :verygood: :evil:

Well, I thought I would leave it for you even tho it broke my heart to say goodbye to it - lol - but hey, if you don't want it.....i'll be more than happy to take it off your hands.

12:30 p.m.
Shake:
-1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein
-1 tbl SF/FF pistachio pudding

3:45 p.m.
-2 cups baby spinach leaves
-4 oz sweet tato
-4 oz chicken

5:45 p.m.
5 min warm up on arc trainer
Quads: Leg Press (12 x 180 lbs) x 1 (8 x 250 lbs) x 1 (8 x 300 lbs) x 1 (6 x 350 lbs) x 1 <-- PR (12 x 180 lbs) x 1
Calves: Presses on the leg press (20 x 180 lbs) x 1 (20 x 250 lbs) x 1 (15 x 300 lbs) x 1 (15 x 350 lbs) x 1
Quads: Unilateral ext (12 x 40 lbs) x 1 (10 x 50 lbs) x 1 (8 x 60 lbs) x 1 (7 x 65 lbs) x 1 (6 x 70 lbs) x 1 <-- PR
Hams: Stiff Leg lifts (12 x 70 lbs) x 1 (10 x 80 lbs) x 2 (8 x 90 lbs) x 1 (6 x 100 lbs) x 1
