Thanks hun :D Also as far as diet goes... gonna be back on trying to carb cycle because that seemed to be going well and I was seeing results from it ;)

15 min treadmill (incline 10/speed 4)
20 min intervals on step mill (8/12/16 at 30 sec each)
10 min elliptical

8:00 a.m.
-1/2 banana
-1 scoop choc protein
-1 tsp cinnamon

1:00 p.m.
Finally home from the store... its time to EAT :chomp:
-5 oz chicken
-1/2 cup fresh green beans
-1/2 cup diced pepper, onion, mushroom blend (all stir fried in 1 tbl olive oil)
-1 cup baby spinach leaves

4:10 p.m.
Pre-WO Shake
-1 scoop whey isolate
-6 oz water

4:50 p.m.
Chest: Incline DB PRess (12 x 20 lbs) x1 (10 x 25 lbs) x2 (8 x 30 lbs) x1
CHest: Push ups (set of 15) x4
Chest: Cable Cross (12 x 30 lbs) x1 (10 x 40 lbs) x2 (7 x 50 lbs) x1

Shoulders: Lat raises (12 x 30 lbs) x 1 (9 x 40 lbs) x3

Yeah I tend to go alot :lmao: Just only seem to get a few things each time... well until today I stocked up so I'm good for a week at least :laugh2:

Uhhhhh, well you should see my house.........Ummm, lessee - I've got a pantry with shelves floor to ceiling which are FULL and a stand up freezer (this is in addition to my fridge/freezer) & down the basement I have a pantry shelf stocked with dry goods & a chest freezer for the meat......

If I'm stuck in the house for 6 months - I'm good..... ;)

Yeah we'll be shopping weekly!! Not daily.. Can't keep tally that way!

HOly smokes :eek2: Well I don't got quite that much room there woman... just one pantry and one fridge/freezer :) But I did good... 3 packages chicken, some ground turkey, tilapia, couple bags frozen veggies, sweet potatoes, baby spinach, green beans, oatmeal, gatorade, eggs, blueberries and almonds :chomp: So no more daily trips for me :lmao:

Welllll... shopping day is usually Sunday, but I couldn't go last Sunday because I was ahhh somewhere out of town visiting someone I think :verygood: :FRlol:
Then just got lazy throughout the week and kept gettin a few things at a time... but I'm all set now ;)
