-ice and agua

-2 cup diced fresh green beans

-1 tbl flax oil

Wow what a more appropriate quote for a day like today...
Damnit I seem to find the ones that like to leave their footprints across my back and a knife in me... Then there are others that this applies too... and those are the ones that remain in my life because those types of friend's don't come easily.

Yup we must have the same group or friends Because thats a good majority of the ones I have... but then there are those special few that this quote applies too and thats why I picked it And you are right, they definately don't come easy... they're kinda like finding a needle in a haystack
