Honestly, I have found them very useful, and not ackward at all for me.. at all ... no 'jacking' of the neck for me. I think they have helped my reach my goals & shape my shoulders the way they are now , esp, the definite line I have down the front of my delts. I am referring to BTN BB Press, I don't do lat pulldowns to the back, rarely if ever .. total personal preference, and agree to disagree, since I have responded favorably to these, plus I love them ... now, time to feed.Sassy69 said:I guess to Ghede's point, why?
