LOL I'm sitting here w/ a bag of frozen collard greens on each shoulder doing the ice / no ice /ice /no ice thing.
(finally found a use for those godawful things...)

Diet
Meal 1: 11 am
1 whole egg + 4 egg whites
4 oz turkey
1/2 grapefruit
Meal 2: 2:30 pm
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp heavy cream
Meal 3:5:30 pm
5 oz chicken
2 c broccoli
Meal 4: 8:30 pm
2 scoops BI MP
Meal 5: tbd
Training: off for a few days
45 min cardio = 25 min Stepmill (fat burning profile) + 20 min Stepper
