Well suck it up and make sure when it breaks it's stuck on off :velvett:

We all have those days but you have to push through it, if you want to accomplish your goal you set for yourself.

So often the hardest part is just getting to the gym. Once I'm there its usually hard to get me to go home.

OK I duct taped the button in the "ON" position and went to the gym. :elephant:

Duct tape fixes everything. :garza:

Thx sb & ip! I'm so happy that my body's "on" button is on. (Volume set to "11"!) though my mind is still sort of stuck in between on & off. I do wake up & actually want to get to the gym these days tho!

3 May 2006 (Wed)

Diet:
Meal 1: 8 am
2 turkey patties
1/2 grapefruit

Meal 2: 11:30
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp ANPB

* 2 giant cups of coffee -- these are scary because they kill my appetite for an extra hr or two... **

Meal 3: 4:30 pm
6 oz chicken
4 oz sweet potato
1 c spinach + 1/2 c green pepper + 1/2 c cucumber + 1/4 c tomato (salad)

Meal 4: 9 pm
2 scoop BI MP + 1 Capri Sun thingy (16 g carb) + water (PWO shake)

Meal 5: tbd


Training:

AM:
- 1 hr yoga
- 15 min step mill (fat burning profile) + 30 min Lifefitness elliptical
- 15 min posing

PM: shoulders / delts + tris --- sort of skipping the super / giant sets this week for a change
warmup: 8 min treadmill
behind the head military press: bar/15 5/15 15/12 20/12
smith shrugs: 70/12 x 2 80/8 (lost grip) 70/10
side laterals + twist at top: 15/12 x 4
rear laterals: 15/15 x 4
reverse incline DB rear delts: 25/12 30/12 x 2 -- experimenting a bit here
reverse pec deck(horizontal grip, then vertical grip): 70/15 + 15 85/15 + 15 x 2
unassisted tri dips: body wt/15 x 3
skull crushers + close grip press: 50/10+10 x 3 -- these were sorta weak
tri cable press down: 50/10 x 3
pronated + supinated DB kick backs: 15/10+10 x 3

stretch

15 min posing

Passed on cardio because my stomach was not sitting right all nite.
