I'm loving posing -- really happy my lat spread looks right and the rest of it is 2nd nature after last yr. Still working thru some songs to arrive at my posing music & a routine, but no rush there. Now the focus is 1) fat loss (read: cardio & diet) and 2) keeping all the aches & pains in check.

Diet:
Meal 1: 5 am --- needed to split this across pre & post gym
1 turkey burger
1/2 grapefruit
Meal 1 - part 2: 7 am

Meal 2: 10:30 am
2 scoops Bev Int'l MP + 1 tbsp ANPB
Meal 3: 2 pm
6 oz chicken
4 oz sweet potato
1 c broccoli
Meal 4: 5 pm
2 scoops Bev Int'l MP + 1 tbsp ANPB
Meal 5: 10 pm
8 oz top round
2 c spinach + sliced green peppers, tomato, cucumber
Training:

30 min "butts & guts" class (5:30 am!)
30 min elliptical + 10 min stepmill
rotator cuff exercises:
- 1 arm cable rotator inside / outside: 5/20(4) x 2
- 45 degree front DB raises: 5/15 x 3
- 1 arm DB shoulder raise: 15/15 x 3
20 min mandatory poses
PM: chest & bis
10 min stairmaster warmup
rotator cuff inside / outside: 5/15 (4) x 2
incline press: bar/15 25/12 30/10 x 3
EZ bar curl: 50/7-7-7 x 2 50/12 x 2
incline DB flys: 25/12 30/10 x 3 -- some elbow & rotator cuff issues -- god I'm getting old...
