Hmmm... 4 weeks -- how bad do you want it? Just turn off the comfortable thought of Eh I dont feel like doing cardio -- and just go do it. :)

But how the hell do you turn off that thought at 5 AM? It is hard sometimes, but I want. I want it BAD! So bad, that I'm going to throw out the last of the almond butter and just get on with it.... :verygood:

Um ... well teh whole 5 am thing -- I wanted to take this butts & guts class and its at 5:30. Set the alarm for 4:45 so I could see if I needed to eat, but I woke up at 4:30. I dunno - I'm inside 12 weeks - for competition that's when you either get serious or don't bother. Also I'm diving head first into a big career move and more of the work for this starts this week - so its like my weeks of fuckign around are over & time to get busy. I want to be hired & moved in 4 months...

I had to go meet w/ my career guy & hit the grocery store, so I'm still moving around :)

Diet:
Meal 1: 7 am
1/2 grapfruit
2 turkey patties

Meal 2: 11 am
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp ANPB

Meal 3: 6 pm -- -slept some today & pretty much forgot to eat...
6 oz chicken
4 oz sweet potato
1 c broccoli

Meal 4: 9:00 pm (PWO)
2 scoops BI MP + Capri Sun sippy thingy (16 g carb)

Meal 5: 12 am
6 oz chicken
2 c green beans

Training:
AM: 20 min cardio -- Precor w/ increasing angle & resistance

PM: Back & Calves
warmup - 8 min treadmill
Rotator cuff warm up:
- cable pull inside / outside: 5/15(4) x 2
- 45 degree from front laterals: 5/15 x 3
- DB shoulder pushes: 10/10 x 2
Smith rows:
- pronated grip: bar/20 25/15 35/10 45/8 x 2
- supinated grip: 25/15 x 3 bar/20 (hold)
Assisted chins (hold 2 ct, drop 6 ct): 55/10 70/8 -- these were killing my right scapula area so tossed for close grip lat pulldown
Lat pulldown (close grip): 85/12 100/10 x 2
DB pullovers: 55/10 45/12 x 3 (right elbow .... OW!)
45 degree hyper ext: 25/12 x 3
Super (calves):
- seated calves: 110/30 x 3
- sliding donkey calves: 120/30 x 3

20 min stretch
20 min posing
