Um ... well teh whole 5 am thing -- I wanted to take this butts & guts class and its at 5:30. Set the alarm for 4:45 so I could see if I needed to eat, but I woke up at 4:30. I dunno - I'm inside 12 weeks - for competition that's when you either get serious or don't bother. Also I'm diving head first into a big career move and more of the work for this starts this week - so its like my weeks of fuckign around are over & time to get busy.
