What are your stats? From experience, I would say: Don't trust cookie-cutter diets. Your diet, the one that will work for you will ALWAYS be a custom-made deal.
You need to know your daily caloric expenditure to create a diet that will work for you.
For example, If I were to give my "diet" to somebody else (as they constantly keep asking), there is a good chance they will basically put on weight...
