Ok stats: 5"9 79kilo 22yrs old 14.5%BF
Goals: To bulk up to 90kilo+ if possible and then shred some BF
Cycel: 1-10 Sus250 @ 500mg per week
1-4 Beastdrol @ 30mg per day
8-10 Albuterol @9mg per day then bumped up to 18mg per day

My Workout routine will be a Push, Pull and Legs
Push:
Bench Press/OHP
Incline Dumbbell Press
Shoulder Press
Chest Press Machine
Skullcrushers
Pull:
Pullups/Chinups
Front Lateral Pulldown machine
Lat Pulldown
Chest Fly Machine(squeeze motion lol?)
Bicep Curls
Legs:
Squat/Deadlift
Leg Press
Leg Extensions
Crunches
Currently doing 1 day fasted cardio on sat morning.
My diet will be roughly this(ill post proper amounts soon)
Meal 1: Pancakes/Oats, 4 boiled eggs
Meal 2: Chicken breast, brown rice, piece of fruit
Meal 3: Steak, brown rice, piece of fruit
Meal 4: Tuna, brown rice
Meal 5: Steak and Veggies or Pasta
Meal 6: Tuna/Nuts/Protein Shake
Meals 2,3,4 eaten at different times depending on the day.
Always in search of better exercises or food.
