saw a really built guy doing this wierd exercise today at the gym:
he was standing up, had both his arms up so that he looked like a football goal post, and had DBs in each hand. he then lowered his forearms to about parallel and then brought em back up straight. i figured it was a rotator cuff exercise.
question is: are these good for anything?
