I'm going to get my shit back together finally. My ex girlfriend coming back from college, and she's going to get to see me nice and bulked the fock up tomorrow at church. Probably going to shit herself, since the last time she saw me I was a skinny little puke... and now I've worked to a considerably thick upper body, considering the time frame. (8 months.) - 20 pounds heavier, after I chopped 10 pounds of fat off. So here's the routine for now...

1 - Chest/Tris

Flat DB Bench, 3 sets
Icarian Incline Press, 3 sets
Nautilus Flyes, 3 sets
Lying French Press, 3 sets
Rope Pressdown, 3 sets

2 - Cardio

30 Minutes Moderate Intensity Cardio

3 - Back/Bis

Sumo Deads, 3 sets
Supinated Grip Chins, 3 sets
T-Bar Rows, 3 sets
Zottman Curls, 3 sets
Barbell Curls, 3 sets

4 - Cardio

30 Minutes Moderate Intensity Cardio

5 - Legs/Delts

Deep Squat, 3 sets
SLDL, 3 sets
DB Military Press, 3 sets
DB Side Laterals, 3 sets
Rear Delt Flyes, 3 sets

6 - Cardio

30 Minutes Moderate Intensity Cardio

7 - Rest

GNC Creatine Monohydrate
Clenbuterol, 100mcg/day

I'll update this tomorrow. This is going to be more of a life journal than anything. I am getting my diet sorted out. Gonna chop the rest of this fat off. Right now waist is 32.5, I wanna get it back to 29. BF is pretty low, but not low enough.

Weighing 178 @ 5'9. Probably going to be around 165 when I'm finished.

Starting Back/Bis.

For some reason, my lower back is still sore since last week's deads, so I skipped out. :(

Rest was good. Progressed 10 lbs on the chins. T-Bar is up 10. Barbell curl is up 5... ehh.

I tried to eat breakfast this mornig, but I managed to down about 1/3 a shake and about 1/4 cup of Oats and that was it. Taking my post workout shake right now, and I'm not feeling so sweet in the gut.

Probably 'cause I'm nervous.
