Really need advice... having trouble finding days to train

Here's my dilemma, this is my current schedule, without lifting:

mond: 1-2 hours cardio in school, hour and a half fencing
tues: 4-5 hours fencing
wed: 1-2 hours cardio in school, maybe off depending on what school day it is. I often halfass this so I have energy for lifting at night.
thurs: depending on how im feeling between 1.5 and 5hrs fencing
fri: cardio in school again
sat: off
sun: off

I'm trying to throw in 2 days a lifting a week with this routine I've been following lately:

1: I find my legs and lower back are spent from fencing so I can't squat half the time.
squat
ohp
dynamic shrug
bent rows
stiff legged deads
dips with tri focus
reverse curls
calf raises

2:
deads
db presses
dips with pec focus
front squats
cleans or chins depending on how my low back is feeling
calf raises
some random forearm work, farmers or wrist curls or something.

I can't fucking deadlift and squat in the same week but I don't want to lose all my size just cause I can only workout a couple days a week. I'm gettin stressed and pissed off a lot lately cause I can't fit in enough food at school and I have a lot of important competitions coming up in fencing.

what do you guys think i should do? what kind of training methods would you be using? what do I need to add/take away from this routine?

I'm young so I can take a lot of work but jesus lately this is just too much.
