Eighter insulin or hormonal imbalance. I believe insulin. Doctor immediately told me in most cases like this ( Phimosis) is caused by diabetes. Which i confirmed i am not...thus it is a highly probable that it was the insulin use during that time, or hormonal imbalances, E1, E2, Test, etc.
