Weeks 1-4
45 min mod-intense cardio in the AM 6x/wk (M-Sa)
Lift M-W-F (push/pull/legs) - weights heavy, to failure, each weight session was about 45 min
Stretch everyday, abs couple times a week
Diet is clean, but every Sunday was cheat day
Weeks 4-8 (currently in middle of week 7)
60 min mod-intense cardio in the AM 6x week (M-Sa)
30 min HIIT (stepmill) 2-3x week in evening (W-F, M opt)
Weights 3x week, circuit-style training using free weights for 45 min - all body parts, lifting heavy to failure with 30 sec rest in between each set (Tu-Th-Sa) - a depletion-style workout
Stretch everyday, abs few times a week
Diet is pretty clean, have fallen off the wagon a tiny bit, every Sun is cheat day, but will minimize cheating this Sun, it is getting out of control. Hard to reign it back in during the week.
Weeks 8-12
Not sure yet.....probably similar to Weeks 4-8
I have lost about 15lbs, 6% BF as of last week. Gained 4lbs muscle. WIll do BF again this weekend. As of end of Week 4, had lost 4 inches around hips, almost 3 around waist, thigh did not change. Will have more measurement updates after Week 8.
BUT, I was coming from a pretty deconditioned (6 months minimal training, eating like a piggy) state. This may be perceived by some as overtraining or too much training, but my body is responding really good to this. I feel awesome, lots of energy, no problems with the amount at all.
I am really happy with everything so far, was hoping for more weight loss but am happier with what the mirror (and my clothes) is showing! And just started Thermorexin....hopefully that will give me an additional boost too!
