Question about Palumbo diet

I'm going to start the Palumbo diet in the new year and have a couple questions.
I've read that the protein powder has to be Isolate. Is this true? Right now I have whey concentrate, is that ok? It has 2g of carbs per 30g serving.

What should i use to marinate the meats? It doesn't say whether or not we can.

And my cardio consists of thai boxing and wrestling. Each session of at least an hour. In the article it said to do low intensity cardio for at least 20 min. My workouts are low intensity but are an hour. Is it ok?

Would you mind posting the diet or PM'ing me? Just curious, looking for a new diet to try and want to check it out.
 
whey islolate is the way to go, just because it has a better protein ration of 90-94% then as to 70-85% whey concentrate. As far as to marinate your red meat, I would use tbs. of olive oil, tsp. salt and pepper, or you can use low carb italian dressing. I read a few Palumbo post and articles, it says that you can have up to atleast 30 carbs(if wrong please tell me) a day so be aware of that.
 
i did this diet for a week and ended up feeling like a creeky old man. Bottom line is you DONT RECOVER from your workouts so dont stress yourself too much or you will pretty much be perma-sore. Dont expect to gain any muscle on the diet and expect to lose some too. fuck this diet in my opinion but I wish you luck. It does strip fat well.
 
I know that I will loose some muscle, but as long as I loose alot of fat I'm happy.

And thanks mattu3743 about the answer to isolate vs concentrate.
