Lately I have been dead lifting on Fridays after running 3 miles a day Monday through Friday and then on Friday after my run ill do my dead lifts but it seems like lately my legs and back are pretty tired and Ive been noticing some pretty big performance losses. Could it be because I am doing it at a bad time after running all week? Should I switch my Dead lifts to Saturday give my legs and back a day to rest and stop doing them after my running? Ive tried on Mondays but then i notice my legs and back are sore and my running suffers for the rest of the week. What do you guys suggest? Any advice would be greatly appreciated..
