Okay, I am trying to bulk up a little more... hoping maybe to get around 215-220 lb. by the end of the year. I am currently 21, 6'3, and 205lb. I am consuming 2 NLarge shakes a day, which add up to around 1250 calories each... (with 2 cups milk and 2 scoops PB)...taking these 2 shakes, and 3 meals a day... is it okay to have the 2500 calories coming from the shakes.. or should I get more calories from 'real' foods? I know its better to get your protein from real foods... such as tuna and chicken, does this apply to calories as well? I am getting around 275 g of protein and 4000-4500 calories per day.
