I just had knee surgery 5weeks and I am tired of seeing my body get weaker every day. Do you guys think push ups, pulls ups and abs would be okay daily? Until I can walk and actually lift. Which is in 2weeks by the way. I am a high school senior, 5'11" weigh between 165-170lbs. I was weighing 195 before I injured my knee.
