Why does it look like that? They are supposed to be in columns. Oh well I hope yall can tell where the numbers are supposed to go.

Interesting......

So your saying that if I eat a Steak..... only 68% of the protein of that steak is utilized by my body?

If, for example, I eat a 6oz steak that has 48g of protein..... I can only count 32.6g of protein?

Interesting post!!

I like the sound of the information, and I'm sure it's true... but can we see a link to the article or can you tell us where you read it? I'm very interested in this, thank you!

Re: Interesting post!!

Cowboy-

Its on page 707 of Arnolds' book"The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" which by the way is a great book, I highly recommend reading it an it only cost like 25 bucks.

I read these statistics all the time but seem to have the best results from red meat.It only makes sence to me that as we ourselves are red meat so it would only make sence that it would be the best form of meat to assimilate for purposes of muscle growth.I think I would rather be built like a bull than a chicken anyway.
