Approved Log On the road of redemption cutting phase starting now

Saturday November 18 2023

I will be combining fridays workout with my saturday log today. I just did cardio today.

Friday November 17 work was chest and tricep, I might actually switch out flat bench for a different movement going forward, I get shuch strong front delt activation that I don't believe moving forward it is the right movement for me, I feel it in my chest, but it hits my delts so hard I'm sore for days in my delts, I believe it could be the Smith Machine only having access to that being locked into one bar path is causing the issues.

Moving forward I will stick with DB movements and do flat bench that way, I can do Incline bench with the Smith and have no issues so maybe it's just the bar path and pressure it puts on my delts while laying down.

Either way I will work around it and modify using DBs because I hate the Smith Machine with a passion but it's all I got so I got to use it for alot of lifts.

Enjoy the update everyone!

Today I took an off day and just did cardio and will do legs on Sunday my final workout for the week.

I decided I was gonna push it and I set the max Incline today at 15 and pushed it for 45 minutes, the hamstring pumps, cave pumps and shine pumps got pretty ridiculous and hurt like hell, but we push through to the end for the vison and goals set no time to quit.

Sunday November 19 2023

Today was leg day and man I can't stress enough how annoying working out at a public gym is becoming for me.

Everything is always being used and it forces me to do my workouts in reverse alot of the time because what I need to start is always taken.

I guess I just am so hungry and committed with my vison and my goal I am chasing after, other people are starting to annoy and frustrate me in the gym.

I just keep my frustration inside and don't ever take it out on anyone. Not many are even dedicated to a craft or this life style in my gym like I am, an I guess it just gets to me sometimes because I'm so dedicated to this and have so much love and passion for what I am trying to achieve. I have no other gyms around me so I'm stuck here and got to make the best of it and stay focused on my vison.

Either way we will be successful no matter the cost the time frame or what I need to do it will be done, one day I conquer my vison and be victorious, this stage in the game its a long difficult grind and this is how winners are made by going through the difficulties and giving my all day in and day out, adversities are good for the mental and physical growth with this process.

Enjoy the update everyone!

Sometimes in life people bless you and it makes you feel thankful beyond belief.

in this photo I have fresh venison which I will use for my meal prep this week.

A long time customer called my place of business today asking for me, 15 minutes later he shows up with 5lbs of venison.

He told me you and the family have always treated us so kindly and taken care of us as customers, I just wanted to say thank you for being a good kid and a thoughtful person( he is much older than me and a long time customer and even at me being 35 he still calls me a kid, always make me chuckle lol.

I returned the favor by offering him dinner on my dime which I had to twist his arm to get him to accept as payment and a thank you.

Paying forward or not, I as a person have to return the favor just who I am and how it has to be for me.

Sometimes the world and people in it bless you and it reminds you why being humble and kind to others is worth it when u get small blessings letting you know it doesn't go unnoticed.

It's been a little over a month since my cycle ended from UGFreak and running para pharma testosterone cypionate and primobolan.

For context I ran 225mg test cyp and 400mg of primo.

I decided since it was a little over a month I would have bloods pulled and give everything the once over before next cycle.

Para Pharma treated me damn good because all my numbers came back completely within the normal ranges, you couldn't even tell I ran a cycle not that long ago! Para Pharma gear is as legitimate and clean as it gets with these blood results.

This shows not only how quickly I recovered off cycle also how excellent Para Pharma gear from UGF treated me for 12 weeks with 1 month off this is how we are looking.

I also go back and see my endocrinologist February 8 for more blood work just to keep everyone updated, im staying on top of my labs and doing it the smart way.

I had a comprehensive metabolic pannel with differential done at 2pm today here are my results.

More updated test results Creatinine came back High and my Bun came back high everything else well within range.

Also my TSH came in at 1.507 well within normal range.

I supplement with 5g creatine everyday plus pushing hard on cardio I believe is what pushed those 2 values a little high.

Either way for a 12 week cycle 1 month after those are excellent numbers, I recovered pretty quickly reading everything over.

Here we go for all the testing I had done today, now we got my results for pretty much everything.

Estrogen/ total/ Free test will be done on February 8 of this year with my endocrinologist.

these two updates today the testing was completed with my primary care physician.

Saturday November 25 2023

I will be combining Wednesday, Friday workouts with Saturday workout, gym was closed for Thanksgiving so I didn't workout on Thursday.

I had a great Thanksgiving and ate clean and didn't stuff my face mostly turkey and sweet potatoes is what I ate.

I had to do my back workout backwards today, every damn thing I needed was taken up so I had to work in reverse and do my Isolation Movements first and finish with my compound movement

I didn't let it stop me and I felt good with all my workouts this week other than gym closing at weird times so cardio was a bit off , no matter schedule will be back to normal this week for weights and cardio.

Going back to injections of 140mg a week was the correct move and slowly but surely I'm feeling stronger again and drive is up a bit more, feeling much more normal again so we are on the right track.

Enjoy the updates everyone!

@Topps_Baseball88 happy thanksgiving and I like how you trained hard HARDCORE it

how are you supposed to pull off the floor that doesn't even make any sense
I set the cables to the lowest point which is basically touching the floor I bend completely over and pull from the floor up into the motion, you also do realize I could set a weight on thr floor bend completely over extend my arms and pull that weight off the floor right ?

I also set the dip bar low enough to where I can completely lay flat on the floor extend my arms out and pull myself up off the floor essentially doing a pull up working my back starting from the floor, many different ways u can do it, next time maybe ask me instead of telling me it makes no sense.

A Deadlift is pulling from the floor how else would u do it ? So help me make it make sense.

I decided with the holiday and the gym being closed and missing a few days of cardio last night I was going to push myself and see how far I could go with cardio.

I split my cardio into two separate sessions last night one before work and one after work. I also tossed in some core work last night as well.

All cardio done yesterday I utilized the stair climber which definitely was a challenge doing that twice in one day.

I should buy a cheap step counter because I'm curious to see what I get total in a day, since with my job I'm on my feet all shift and constantly moving, might need to get one in the future.

My total steps approximately would equal 3.24 miles for my completed cardio today.

Enjoy the update everyone.

12-6-2023 Wednesday

I apologize for the absence with logging, work has really ramped up with the holiday season, we will be getting back into our normally scheduled log updates. I didn't skip any workouts last week just wanted to make a note of that as well.

I have some news for this log tonight cycle has been finalized on mg amounts and cycle Length an i feel comfortable with locking these mg amounts and compounds for my next cycle. I have my full diet ready and checked for this cycle along with my training program and cardio, hopefully when it starts by the end we see some good results, when I pull the trigger and decide on running it.

I like to share my thoughts and future plans with everyone so we are all on the same page.

I of course am going with the para pharma line again for every single component with my cycle. I've decided to try out Test E this time around because why not and it comes in the strength I was looking for, first time running test this high, so it will be interesting to see if it is a net negative or positive for me as far as synergy goes. Lots of firsts with this one, introducing EQ and Tbol in the mix first time with these compounds for me as well, also I typically use Arimidex this time around decided on aromasin won't know what's best or better for me I lf I don't try it.

Typically I like to run my primo a little higher than my test, I won't know what works better for me if I don't switch it up, so this time test will be run a higher than my primo dose.

now all of you have a full break down of my logic and thoughts moving forward with this next cycle.

Here is the breakdown for the 16 Weeks

Test E 400mg/week
EQ 400mg/week
Primo 300mg/week
Tbol ( 6 weeks) 40mg /a day ( 280mg a week)
N2guard 7-10 caps a day for support

Aromasin 12.5 mg a week to start ( broken down into two 6.25mg doses. bloods after 2 weeks and if it needs upped or lowered after estrogen testing we will adjust accordingly)

Enjoy the update everyone!

Yes cycle is coming 100% definitely going to try and take it next level with the training program I have for this cycle, I want to maximize as many gains as possible in those 16 weeks.

Overall I'm doing good brother just got caught up doing overtime at work with the holidays, we are still trucking along.

I think your dosages are very reasonable you should get good results here
I appreciate the input Steve as always, I never want to run things super high or go overboard with the doses, I feel comfortable this is reasonable as well.

Bros it's going to be a good cycle I like all of those compounds too
Doing research and playing the podcasts helped me alot when selecting the compounds, I feel overall it will be a very good cycle.

if you can't decide between Primo and equipoise why not run both LOL
Lmao, good point, I felt I needed to up the cycle for my second go around and honestly, I feel primo and eq combined will create a synergy and really bring the cycle together.

you will get outstanding results for sure it's a bit stronger than the last one you did
Yeah my goal over time is start mild and work my way through the compounds that are very user friendly and align with my goals, I felt it was necessary I ramp up a bit more my second time around to get a feel for how I will respond mentally and physically.

we are looking forward to the cycle it looks very juicy
I feel I will definitely see a good boost in strength, even more so then my first cycle, we will see what happens, I am excited to find out.

Saturday December 9 2023

My weight seems it is holding steady at 220lbs not sure why my body likes this weight but it does.

I definitely feel in certain aspects I've filled parts of my frame out more which Is a good thing.

In many ways my cut feels like a recomp and maybe that is a good thing putting on muscle a little at time and keeping cardio constant, im not getting fatter and I'm never going above 220lbs , a recomp might be super beneficial before a hard cut especially with cycling.

I am unclear when my package will arrive as I ordered it a few days ago earlier in the week and it's international, so with that and with Xmas right around the corner the cycle will probably be starting later than anticipated, sorry for the delay everyone.

Let me make it clear so we all are on the same page it is not the sources fault we all know shipping plus business and holiday season is crazy for people so I don't mind be patient and waiting longer not a problem at all.

I am just thankful and appreciative i get this opportunity yet agsin to represent a great souce and excellent brand. I am pumped to go to work as soon as I have it in my possession 😎

I haven't received a tracking number ad of yet, once I do I will let everyone know and update all of you, sometimes u don't even get one so I will just anticipate with international and holidays maybe 4-6 weeks because of holiday for package to arrive.

With my next cycle I'm the pipe line I'm constantly thinking about it the new log and putting pressure on myself to not let myself down or our community, some might feel it's stupid, for me it's important if I do something I must do it right an while adding pressure on myself is stressful at times, it is also necessary because that is when I perform at my best so I need it in many ways.

Enjoy the update
