You want a fast acting sugar PWO to spike insulin and replace glycogen stores. You want a relatively high amount of fast acting sugar to hammer the catabolic state your muscles go into after training into reverse.

SynthePure with some SyntheDextrin mmmmmmmm.. cant beat it! Cant get much better then this protein. I tried em all but Syntheteks SynthePure is definately top notch. IsoPure is'nt bad either but yeah i love the no flavour, highest of quality protein that they give ya. Mix it with some PB or make whatever you wnat to make it taste like...yummy

fats (even good one) together with a insuline-blast-producing dextrose... you are giving the fat a free non-stop shuttle.
