This week I tried something a bit different, instead of doing bi's with back, or tris with chest... I threw arms into my shoulder day... I have to tell you, I wasn't surprised when I could do a TON more weight... about 40lbs heavier on close grip, 10lbs heavier on my dumbbell curls, etc.

I think I will like this refreshing change ... and hopefully, my arms will do.

Thats why I make sure my arms have their own day, too hard to hit them with enough weight when they are pre-exhausted

i used that routine in the past... delts biceps and triceps in one workout and i gotta tell you.......

great pump!

i love having a day for just arms.......... thats one of the only things i dont like about dc training method.

Definitely a nice change for me once in a while too.

If I’m restricted in the number of days I can get the gym in a week due to work or whatever, I occasionally do superset days with Chest and Back in one session and Shoulders then Bi’s and Tri’s in another. Very tough workouts but what a pump!!!!

I do shoulders & arms together also and love it!

Here's my split:

Monday: Shoulders/Arms
Wednesday: Legs
Friday: Chest/Back/Abs

Chest/ Bis
Back/ Tris

Bis are fresh as well as tris. No residual fatigue from larger body part. Shoulders w/ legs.

Simple, yet effective
