Hello Peepz,
My name is Franc and I've been on and off these forums since 2002 now. I get on here every couple years to absorb the latest info on anabolics, pct, diet, and training strat.
I havent taken a cycle since 2008 and am currently prepping for my next one in the gym and will spend some time on these forums developing my next cycle, workout strategy, diet, and to listen to all you retards say the most ridiculous shit.
My question is this. After watching "Pumping Iron" and listening to Arnold talk about sculpting and Ken Wallace talking about proportions. I realised I have some "balancing" to do.
Right now my chest is the strongest part. Mainly because my job requires programming on a computer all day so my shoulders naturally round forward and my neck slants forward to compensate the tilt in my chair.
Anyway this out of balance form has caused me to lift incorrectly in the past and when doing almost any dumbbell exercise, since my shoulders are curved forward this puts more pressure on my chest thus building that more.
So as of now my chest and quads are over developed, while my hamstrings and shoulders are lacking.
So what weight lifting exercises do you pros recommend for me to build up my shoulders, hamstrings, and abs while correcting posture?
Thanks ahead of time.
