Well Tuesday I attained my goal on bench. I pushed 290 pounds!! I'm actually going to try for 295 later this week because I felt I had that extra 5 pounds but wasted the energy on the 290 attempt. I also maxed on Deads a week ago even though I never train for it, I got 385 and that was after my leg workout, so I feel I can get 405 for sure. As for squats I'm hoping for 355 or better but that's not until this Friday. All in all I'm very pleased with my gains and my overall strength especially for a tall ectomorph.
