is it true that after lufting weights and cardio (having i didnt eat any carbs prior to my exercise) i have after my workout about sugar --30 grams of carbs(with of course 30grams of whey ) and still burn fat for energy? will any of the carbs be stored as fat since my glycogen is low..? that is the only time i have carbs after my workout..the rest is low carbs and protein..
