is it true that after lufting weights and cardio (having i didnt eat any carbs prior to my exercise) i have after my workout about sugar --30 grams of carbs(with of course 30grams of whey ) and still burn fat for energy? will any of the carbs be stored as fat since my glycogen is low..? that is the only time i have carbs after my workout..the rest is low carbs and protein..
 
right after a workout, you can drink a high glycemic carb drink because at this time it will give you an insulin spike which you want ONLY RIGHT AFTER A WORKOUT
 
instead of the high gi drink can i have sum gram crakers lol...i mean ur body wont sotr any fat after a workout i think..since it is post window i mix my whey and throw in a few gram crakers ...that ok?
 
does it matter where you get your carb sources from? like c calorie from sextrose after a workout and a calorie from sugar marshmellows fro example? i kno the dextrose is better and quickly absorbed but overall nothing after your workout will get stored as fat?? tru?
 
sextrose sounds like fun!!

sucrose is fine if it's all you've got....glucose or any simple sugar will do....

the idea behind drinking a liquid as opposed to whole foods is that digestion is faster - getting those nutrients into the cells as soon as possible....
 
PEOPLE MAKE a big isuue abbout soon as possible and mabye not drinkin or eating the sugar ,,,,whats the time difference ..half hour?? i mean commmeonn @! as long as your getting the nutrients and is corn syrup ok like sucrose? and also after lifting weights is there any possibility of fat being stored if i eat carbs>>?? like cookies n shit wit protein of course
