It should just use very little water, the casein is a thicker protein, so it works better but try with just the rocky road.

Hmmm I have an idea for you

Try putting a tbsp of natty peanut butter or almond butter with a scoop of rocky road and alittle bit of water, then put it in the fridge and have it for your night time snack. The pb will thicken it up, and it's yummy with the rocky road.


lol and yes I have all sorts of little things I put together (for when I'm contest dieting) the boyfriend laughs at me, says I'm creative.

I have to agree i too like Syntheteks Synthepure. I like to add nutella to mine or use some instant low carb non fat pudding and mix it up and eat away... Kind of like those Sylvester stalone protein pudding except synthePure is of much higher quality. mmmmmm...yummmy
